Procedures and fees
CityStreetz maintains a policy of confidentiality and will not discuss projects with any other clients unless otherwise allowed. All work done by CityStreetz, once paid in full, is released to the client with full rights. Stock photography is the only exception as they hold their individual copyright requirements.
Our hourly rate is $75 an hour. We work in quarter hour increments. We ask that changes and revisions request be provided as concise as possible to both save time and money.
We provide in-house hand made prototypes for $30 a square foot. These are useful for sales presentations, and tradeshows amongst other things. Due to our process, we cannot reproduce foils, spot colors & lamination is a full cover. We do offer discounts on prototypes once they pass the 50 square foot threshold.
Typically projects go in stages: Dieline Development, Logo Design, Product Packaging. Upon receipt of deposit your project is placed into the queue and is ready for preliminary proofing within 2 weeks. The Dieline may be sooner. To start on a Dieline we would need the final product dimensions or the actual product in order properly engineer structure. Dielines created by CityStreetz are not final. They are approximate and may need to be adjusted by or for specific final printers tolerances & stock. We recommend the closer you get to approving to inquire with your printer about providing final dielines so that the art may be adapted before completion.
We progress bill projects every week or two weeks depending on the volume of work. Any invoices after the Preliminary period are due upon receipt. To facilitate this we offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal as methods of payment. Checks & Cash are equally acceptable.
